If your on a computer/desktop then it's to the right of the page before 'Celebs' names. If your on a mobile/tablet device it's towards the bottom of the page after the 'Followers' part. Simply type in a name/nickname in the first box, then in the next box type which celeb you want to see on the blog and press SHOUT!
